Jewins women2women Ltd is a registered Charity able to operate in the United Kingdom, Africa, USA and Europe. Our focus now is to operate not only in Oxfordshire but all over the UK as will be relevant to projects, we have currently launched a sister charity Abigail’s Foundation in Nigeria to operate a trauma coaching and therapy centre in Abuja. We are also planning to launch in South Africa.
Due to always struggling for funding in the UK and evidence from the research done, we have launched this year a nationwide training on the role of culture and faith as it affects victims of domestic violence. We aim to equip and educate the police, the local Authorities, the Social Services, Faith leaders and the community at large on the role of faith and culture as it affects the victims of domestic violence who are from ethnic minorities. Jewins women2women Limited is a Charitable Company in its objects, run by women and men to empower women in Oxford, Oxfordshire, East Midlands and Africa

We are currently setting up the first Black, Asian, African -Caribbean Therapy Center in Oxford/Oxfordshire offering free life coaching and Therapy sessions to women of Ethnic Minority who have suffered trauma and abuse.

We are always seeking volunteers, and we have various social enterprise activities to raise money including selling African food, African clothes arts and crafts and providing party catering of African food.

Aims and Objectives

(1) To provide enabling support for women in prison and a mental hospital by providing chaplaincy services, life coaching services, and counselling services to help them get better and be a functional member of our society.

(2) To provide care and support for mothers with disabled Children or terminally ill children and women with mental health issues, under the platform as a domiciliary care agency.

(3) To set up a women’s refuge/training centre for women and children fleeing domestic violence as well as empower women through various training schemes.

(4) To provide food and vocational training for women who are disadvantaged in Badagry Lagos Nigeria through the Anglican Bishop and the Orphanage home in Badagry this project the founder had funded for the past three years.

(5) To set up African clothes retail shops in the UK starting with Oxford with Jazz Restaurant as a social enterprise source of income for the charity

Our History

Jewins Women2Women was founded by Ms Moji Obasa, a teacher of business in secondary schools in Oxfordshire and West Berkshire.

Ms Moji Obasa has over 15 years of experience within the retail industry, a serial entrepreneur, a politician and a Minister of God.

Being a single parent herself and someone who has suffered domestic violence which cost her, the opportunity to finish her studies at the prestigious University of Oxford.

Moji understands the issues and sufferings of women hence her heart is to see them receive a second chance and the opportunity to be their best.

Jewins Women2Women is managed by experienced professionals with various degrees in Accountancy, Business and Education, also with business experience spanning over 10 years in total.
